It started with two hives and too much honey

Bee Happy Honey started the way most good things do — by accident. A couple of hives in a Greenwich backyard became four, then ten. Suddenly there was more honey than any one family could eat.

So we started giving jars to neighbors. They loved it. They told friends. Those friends asked where to buy it. That's when we realized Greenwich needed its own local honey — and we were already making it.
